There is great concern about the rise of anti-Semitism both here in the United States and around the world. In the last week, anti-Semitic incidents have risen nearly 500% in the United States and across the globe. A lot of that has been "justified" by saying that "people" are angry with Israel and taking it out on Jews around the world.
There is no justification for
hate or anti-Semitism.
Join the Jewish Federation of Greater Portland, along with the American Jewish Committee, Anti-Defamation League, Hadassah, Jewish Federations of North America, WZOA Inc., and Union of Orthodox Jewish Congregations of America this Thursday, May 27th at 1:00p.m. for a Day of Action Against Anti-Semitism.
The program will share tools to amplify your voice with thousands more to demand action. We will gather virtually for a rally to hear from prominent government officials as well as leaders from the Jewish community and civil rights organizations.
