Rabbi Yossi Feintuch
Rabbi Yossi was ordained at the Cincinnati campus of the Hebrew Union College-Jewish Institute of Religion in 1994; Prior to serving our congregation (since January 2020) Rabbi Yossi had served congregations on the island of Curacao, and in Columbia, MO.
Rabbi Yossi received academic degrees from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem (B.A. in International Relations and History), New York University (M.A. in History), and Emory University (Ph.D. in U.S. History). He is the author of U.S. Policy on Jerusalem.
Rabbi Yossi also holds the degree of Doctor of Divinity, honoris causa presented to him by the HUC-JIR (2019).
Additionally, he has taught in several academic institutions, including Ben-Gurion University (Beersheba, Israel), and the University of Missouri (Columbia, MO).
Rabbi Yossi, who is a veteran of the Israel Defense Forces, is married to Judy.
Both enjoy hiking in nature and international travel, let alone spending time with their grandchildren.
